The Kick-off meeting for the Twinning project of HACU

On September 23, 2013 at the premises of the Higher Administrative Court of Ukraine (hereafter – HACU) the kick-off meeting for the Twinning project “Increased Effectiveness and Management Capacities of Administrative Courts in Ukraine”

The project was implemented together with the French, Lithuanian and Sweden experts.

The purpose of this project was to to improve the functional quality of the administrative judiciary by raising its institutional capacity and introducing best European and World practices, thus strengthening the Rule of Law in Ukraine.

During the conference the results and achievements of Twinning project implementation were highlighted.
