and «On Amendment of the Clause 3 of the Procedure of Accounting of the Civil Service Period» directed on the solving the problem related to the accrual to the civil service Period work experience on the positions of the Chairman, First Deputy and Vice-Chairman of the Ukrainian National Fund of Mutual Understanding and Reconciliation under the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine if they were appointed (chosen) directly from these positions onto positions of the civil servants of the first - fourth categories.

After considering the results of the meeting the substantive provisions of the draft of the Law of Ukraine «On the Conflict of Interests on the Civil Service and the Service in the Organs of Local Self-Government» were approved and it was incumbent on MDCSU to submit proposals in relation to the consideration of its provisions in the course of revision in the second reading of the draft  of the Law of Ukraine “On Orderly Conduct of the officials empowered on Implementation of State Functions of the Organs of Local Self-Government” for the Committee on State Development and local self-government

Moreover the noted draft regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine were approved.
