The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the preparation of Twinning Project Fiche, that will effectively influence on implementation of action plan for institutional reform in sanitary and phytosanitary measure areas, adopted by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine № 415-r dated June 25,2012.
