A series of training events under the program “Improving the efficiency and management quality in the field of public administration and local self-government by applying the Common Assessment Framework (CAF) model” has been completed

On June 25, 2025, the final training event was held as part of the general short-term professional development program “Improving the efficiency and management quality in the field of public administration and local self-government by applying the Common Assessment Framework (CAF) model”.

Participants had the opportunity to improve their understanding of the CAF model, learn more about its stages, objectives and desired outcomes, including the implementation and application of external feedback procedures. The implementation of this programme contributes to the deeper application of the CAF model in the activities of state authorities and local self-government bodies in Ukraine.

As a result of a series of training events, more than 300 civil servants and local government officials were trained.

The trainers of the events were representatives of the Center: Maryna Kanavets, Director, Hanna Tretiachenko, First Deputy Director, and Anzhela Kukulia, Head of the Project Management Unit. In their presentation materials, they familiarised the participants with information about modern tools for ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of public administration, and explained methodological recommendations for conducting a survey of the quality management system of a ministry or other central executive body.
