On July 22, 2025, an online working meeting was held between representatives of the OECD SIGMA Program, the European Institute of Public Administration (EIPA), the Department (Center) for the Provision of Administrative Services in Kyiv, and the Center for Adaptation of the Civil Service to the Standards of the European Union.
During the meeting, the results of measures taken as part of the implementation of the Common Assessment Framework (CAF) in the activities of the Department (Center) for the Provision of Administrative Services in Kyiv were discussed, in particular, the conduct of self-assessment in accordance with the CAF model.
Further cooperation and plans for the development of CAF application in the activities of state authorities and local self-government bodies, as well as the involvement of methodological assistance from international partners within the framework of relevant measures, were also agreed upon.
For reference: the meeting was held in the framework of cooperation between OECD SIGMA Programme and the GIZ implemented Regional Project “Public Administration Reform in the Eastern Partnership Countries III” that is commissioned by German Federal Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development. Under this cooperation, Ukraine receives support in anchoring and institutionalization of quality management in Ukrainian public administration with focus on European CAF total quality management model.
