On July 24-25, 2025, representatives of the Center for Adaptation of the the Civil Service to the Standards of the European Union joined the consensus workshop within the framework of the Common Assessment Framework (CAF) implementation in the activities of the Department (Center) for the Administrative Services Provision of the Kyiv city council (Kyiv city state administration) (CASP).
For two days, fruitful discussions on the results of the CAF self-assessment in the CASP, as well as the consensus on further progress and specific measures in the implementation of CAF in the activities of the CASP were held.
The event was held in the framework of cooperation between OECD SIGMA Programme, European CAF Resource Centre at European Institute of Public Administration (EIPA) and the GIZ implemented Regional Project “Public Administration Reform in the Eastern Partnership Countries Ill” that is commissioned by German Federal Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development. Under this cooperation, Ukraine receives support in anchoring and institutionalization of quality management in Ukrainian public administration with focus on European CAF total quality management model.
