On February 17, 2015 at the premises of the National Agency of Ukraine on Civil Service the working meeting with representatives of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine concerning the preparation of Twinning project was held.
During the meeting the issues on further elaboration of the Twinning Fiche «Support of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine in the development of integrated border management" were discussed. The participants considered steps concerning the preparation of the project documentation, including budget and logical matrix. The representatives of PAO submitted proposals for further coordination of the project.
The Deputy Head of Department, the Head of International Technical Assistance Unit of the Organizational and Technical Support Administration of the Department of International Relations of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine, Andrew Laktionov, the Chief Inspector of International Technical Assistance Unit of the Organizational and Technical Support Administration of the Department of International Relations of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine Yevgeny Levchenko, and Coordinator of the Sector on Integrated Border Management of the EU Delegation in Ukraine Dobromir Hristov took part in the meeting.
The Head of the Projects Management Unit of the Center for Adaptation of the Civil Service to the Standards of the European Union Oksana Ishchuk, the Deputy Head of the Resource Management, Operation and Development Unit of the Center Anastasia Terekh and the Head of the Division of International Cooperation Projects of the Projects Management Unit of the Center Artem Takhtarov attended the event.
For reference: since 2005 according to the Decree of the President of Ukraine dated on 06.10.2005 № 1424/2005 «The Issue on Provision of the Twinning Programme Implementation in Ukraine» the National Agency of Ukraine on Civil Service directs and coordinates the activity on preparation and implementation the Twinning Programme in Ukraine. Moreover the National Agency of Ukraine on Civil Service is the national coordinator of implementation of the institutional building instrument.
