On September 23, 2015 at the premises of the National Agency of Ukraine on Civil Service the working meeting of the Head of the National Agency of Ukraine on Civil Service Kostiantyn Vaschenko and the First Counselor to the Ambassador of the Embassy of France Frederic de Touchet was held.

During the meeting the issues regarding cooperation between the National Agency of Ukraine on Civil Service and the Embassy of France within the framework of administrative reforms realization in Ukraine were considered. The attendees discussed the possibility of Frederic de Touchet’s participation in the Seventh Annual Richelieu Academic Readings  “Human Resources Management on the Civil Service: New Approaches and Technologies”, that is supposed to take place on September 25, 2015 in Odessa.

Julie Fort, the First Secretary and Pascal Slivanski, Advisor for Culture and Cooperation of the French Embassy in Ukraine attended the meeting.

Ivan Roshchin, the Head of Expert and Analytical Unit and Serhiy Kopan, the Head of the Projects Management Unit of the Center for Adaptation of the Civil Service to the Standards of the European Union took part in this event.
