On June 20, 2025, representatives of the Center for Adaptation of the Civil Service to the Standards of the European Union attended an event organized by the OECD/SIGMA Programme titled ‘The transformative Role of Behavioral Insights for Public Administrations’.
During the event, participants learned about behavioural insights research by governments around the world; user-centred service design; and Armenia’s experience with the potential and challenges of behavioural data analytics in public administration.
