On September 16-17, 2025, representatives of the Center for Adaptation of the Civil Service to the Standards of the European Union, on the basis of which the Ukrainian National CAF Resource Centre functions, joined the organisation and conducting a workshop on prioritization within the framework of the implementation of the Common Assessment Framework (CAF) in the activities of the Center for the Provision of Administrative Services in Kyiv.
During the two-day workshop, measures for improvement were analyzed and the most urgant ones were identified. The result of this substantial work was the formation of an action plan to improve the efficiency of the TSNAP in Kyiv. During the event, representatives of the OECD SIGMA Programme, the German Society for International Cooperation (GIZ) and the European Institute of Public Administration (EIPA) provided expert assistance and support.
