On 2 April 2025, a working meeting was held at the offices of the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) between representatives of the Center for Adaptation of the Civil Service to the Standards of the European Union and JICA, the Embassy of Japan in Ukraine and the Japan International Cooperation Centre (JICE).
During the meeting, the partners discussed the implementation of the next stages of the Japanese Grant Aid for Human Resource Development Scholarship (JDS).
As a result of the meeting, the parties came to an agreement on further steps and areas of cooperation aimed at improving the effectiveness of the JDS scholarship project, as well as organizing training and professional development of civil servants through international technical assistance and other forms of international cooperation.
The meeting was attended by the Center’s Director Maryna Kanavets, First Deputy Director Hanna Tretiachenko, and Head of the Project Management Department Angela Kukulia.
