A series of online trainings has been launched

On June 17, 2025, the Center for Adaptation of the Civil Service to the Standards of the European Union, the High School of Public Governance, with the support and assistance of the Hanns Seidel Foundation, launched a series of online training courses under the general short-term advanced training programme “Improving the efficiency and management quality in the field of public administration and local self-governance by applying the Common Assessment Framework (CAF) model”.

The goal of the training is to provide a comprehensive understanding of the CAF model, all stages, objectives, and desired outcomes, including the application and implementation of the external feedback procedure.

Training trainers — representatives of the Center: Maryna Kanavets, Director; Hanna Tretiachenko, First Deputy Director; and Anzhela Kukulia, Head of the Project Management Unit, emphasised in their speeches the importance of modern tools for ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of public administration, and explained methodological recommendations for conducting a survey of the quality management system of a ministry or other central executive body.
