The aim of the meeting was to present the Twinning instrument, particularly, the specific issues of Twinning Fiche preparation. During the meeting there was discussed the next steps of the beneficiary to finalization of the Twinning Fiche. In addition, the participants discussed the procedures of using TAIEX instrument for the realization of priority work directions of SMS.

In the meeting took part SMS and Twinning programme administration office in Ukraine representatives (PAO).
