Center for Adaptation of the Civil Service to the Standards of the European Union has become a partner of the Eastern Partnership Community

In May 2011 the Center for Adaptation of the Civil Service to the Standards of the European Union became a partner of an independent analytical portal Eastern Partnership Community. The parties agreed upon publishing and exchange of information and knowledge on relations between the Eastern Partnership countries and the European Union (see, e.g.: http://www.easternpartnership.org/publication/2011-05-19/cib-programme-crossroads-european-integration-and-domestic-reforms).

The Eastern Partnership Community is an independent analytical portal dedicated to the issues of political, economic, social and cultural relations between the European Union and the countries at which the Eastern Partnership initiative is targeted (Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova, Ukraine).

The EaP Community’s mission is to inspire and manage a debate among experts and politicians who focus in their work on Eastern Europe, the South Caucasus and the European Union. The portal is a platform which enables the presentation of multiple views, opinions and assessments concerning the process of integrating the Eastern Partnership countries with the European Union.

This mission is being carried out through the presentation of analyses and research on those political, economic and social processes which have a direct or indirect impact on the partnership between the European Union and its eastern neighbours and the implementation of the Eastern Partnership initiative. Focusing on analytical and research activities, the portal also serves as a source of knowledge and information on the Eastern Partnership states and their political and socio-economic situation on the one hand, and on the European Union and its activities aimed at the eastern partners on the other.
