The visit of Dmytro Chupryna, Center for Adaptation of Civil Service to the EU Standards Deputy Director, is going on

 In the framework of cooperation of Ukraine with the Organization of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation on April 19, 2011, there was started another Working group on Institutional Renewal and Good Governance session.
 The topic of the meeting is “Human Resource Management, Including Promotion, Benefits and Compensation System for Civil Servants, in BSEC Member States”.
 During the session the following questions were discussed:
 1.      Status of implementation of the resolutions and recommendations of the Council and the provisions of the Joint Declaration adopted by the Ministers in charge of public administration of the BSEC member states.
 2.      Review and exchange of information on national policies, on the progress achieved and on best practices in the process of reforming the public institutions and improving the governance capacities in the BSEC member states.
 3.      Discussion on the issues of human resource management, including promotion, benefits and compensation system for civil servants in the member states.
 4.      Presentation and discussion on the draft paper on the possibility of partnership collaboration between the relevant structures of international organizations and the BSEC Working Group on Institutional Renewal and Good Governance (Working Group Cooperation Strategy).
 5.      Proposals of the issues for the next meeting of the working group.
  The results of the meeting are:
 1.      Exchange of best practices and information among the delegates from Working group’s member-states.
 2.      Acquiring necessary information on human resource management, including promotion, benefits and compensation system for civil servants in the member states
 3.      Discussion of Working Group Cooperation Strategy.
 4.      Preparation of a draft application for obtaining a grant of the BSEC Project Development Fund entitled “Establishment of a CRM-system for the BSEC Working group on Institutional Renewal and Good Governance”.
