The last day of the study visit

The study visit of the School of Senior Civil Service Director Oleksandr Saienko and the First Deputy Director of the Center for Adaptation of Civil Service to the European Union Standards Andriy Bega comes to an end. Today, on March 16, 2011, they had a meeting with Francois Gagnon, the Director of the Director of Department of strategic change, organizational leadership and innovation of Canada School of Public Service.

Also, the Ukrainian delegation met with Jayne Huntley, Vice-President of Canada School of Public Service, who is responsible for leadership and development programmes, and the School team of experts, who are involved in the elaboration of the Leadership Development Programme 2011.

In the afternoon there was a range of meetings, in which the following Canadian advisors participated: Paul Migus, Lynn Donahue, Michelle Amar and the team of the project.

The study visit to Canada School of Public Service has been performed with the support of “Ukrainian Civil Service Human Resource Management Reform” project. The visit was organized by the Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA). It has been lasted from 7 to 17 March, 2011.
