The purpose of the mission is to discuss the scope and modalities of bringing the SIGMA Programme to prepare a Comprehensive Institutional Development Programme (CIB) under the Eastern Partnership initiative, in particular development of plans for the future of institutional reforms and sectoral budget support project of EU to reform public administration and civil service in Ukraine. 

The meeting was attended by representatives of the MDCSU, Center for Adaptation of the Civil Service to the Standards of the European Union led by its Director Serhiy Kucheruk, Ministry of Economy of Ukraine, Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, Ministry of Regional Development and Construction of Ukraine and other central executive bodies involved in administrative reform and civil service reform implementation.
