Meeting in the framework of the Twinning project for Ministry of Housing and Communal Services of Ukraine

On June 10, 2010 in the premises of ADETEF (Agency for International Cooperation, Ministry of Economy, Finance and Industry of France) a work meeting between French Twinning partners and representatives of the Center for Adaptation of the Civil Service to Standards of the European Union was held.

The meeting was devoted to consideration of issues related to development and preparation of first draft of a contract for the Twinning project "Strengthening the institutional capacity of the Ministry of Housing and Communal Services of Ukraine to streamline the management of water services at municipal level."

The meeting was attended by the project manager from France Pierre Chantrel, Director of the ADETEF in Ukraine Alain, RTA Denis Besozzi, co-director of the project componentsYunona Videnina, Head of Unit for Coordination of the Twinning and SIGMA of Center for Adaptation of teh Civil Service to the Standards of the European Union Olena Cherniy and acting head of the Center's Sector of cooperation with the SIGMA program Olesya Tsykaliuk.
