The Meeting on Implementation of the On-line Analytics of the Civil Service

On April 20, 2010 under the chairmanship of the Deputy Director of the Center for Adaptation of the Civil Service to the Standards of the European Union Volodymyr Dunaiev there was held the work meeting on the formation of analytical system of the support for decision making on the base of Resolution of the program product of analytical data processing Oracle Business Intelligence (Oracle BI).

The Head of the Center of the Budget Expertise of the Borlas Ukraine Company Denys Skorobogatov reported on the general ideology of Oracle BI and separate aspects of the typical BI system formation (consolidation, investigation, data publication).

The participants of the meeting discussed the set of issues on implementation of business analytics facilities in the area of civil service aimed at generating dynamic analytical reports on qualitative and quantitative staff of the civil service which is based on the annual statistic information, automatic setting on the official web-site of the Main Department of Civil Service of Ukraine and also for the National Base of the Electronic Personal Files of the Civil Servants and Officials of the Local Self-government.
