The future project is aimed at strengthening of regulatory and legal capacity of the NCURC to regulation of communications sector.

The Twinning project involves implementation of the following components:

-approximation of the legislation;

-market analysis;

-the cost of interconnection;

-separate account;

-cost and financing of universal service;

-technical regulations of the numbers transfer;

-organizational development of the NCURC.

During the meeting the first draft of the Twinning Fiche was represented.

The meeting was attended by representatives: from NCURC  - commissioners of the NCURC Lydmyla Artiushenko and Volodymyr Pashchuk, Tetyana Farmagey, the Head of Department of International Cooperation and European Integration; from Center for Adaptation of the Civil Service to the Standards of the European Union - Olena Cherniy, Head of Twinning and SIGMA Instruments Coordination Unit and Head of Administrative reform UnitValentyna Afanasyeva.
