Twinning project was aimed at further adaptation of the State Statistics Service of Ukraine to the norms and standards of EU, in particular improvement of macroeconomic statistics and business statistics in Ukraine. During 18 months of the project partners created a new and improved of national methodology according to EU standards in selected areas of statistics, database of improved dissemination of statistics, implemented new methods for measuring the reporting burden on enterprises, improved activity of human resources management in the State Statistical Service of Ukraine and so on.
