The analytical study with conclusions and recommendations for public authorities aimed at improving decision-making procedures in the field of state policy-making in the legislative and executive branches was conducted by the National Agency of Ukraine on Civil Service and the Center for Adaptation of the Civil Service to the EU Standards in pursuance of measure 2.2.4.1.1 of the State Anti-Corruption Program for 2023-2025, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 220 of March 4, 2023.
