On April 4–6, 2017 at the premises of the National Agency of Ukraine on Civil Service the First Module of the Programme “Development of Citizenship Competences of Civil Servants” for representatives of higher education institutions, who are responsible for training masters under the specialty on Master’s Programme for the “Public Management and Administration”, was held.
The participants identified the list of citizenship competencies of civil servants during the interactive training and discussing the issues on the education for democratic citizenship and human rights education as the way of demanding democracy.
The participants also discussed the ways of implementation the modules/themes on development of citizenship competences in educational programmes for masters on specialty “Public Management and Administration” based on the processed normative-legal documents and educational-methodical materials.
