The Fifth Module "Preparation to the ANP-2018 Assessment" within the Framework of the Project "100 Champions"

On September 05, 2018 at the premises of the National Academy of Internal Affairs the fifth module of the project "Champions 100" was held.

Module "Preparation to the ANP-2018 Assessment" within the framework of the project "100 Champions" was focused on improving knowledge of the procedures and technique of writing the evaluation documents for the implementation of the Annual National Program (ANP).

First Vice-Rector of National Academy of Internal Affairs Stanislav HUSARIEV opened the event and congratulated the participants of the module as well as wished fruitful work.

Head of the Expert Group on NATO Cooperation with the Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers Oleksiy GENCHEV presented his welcome speech, as well as underlined that ANP - a document that reflects the changes in our state for the better, also stressed the importance of assessing the ANP – 2018 and called for active cooperation.

Senior Political Officer, NATO Liaison office to Ukraine Oksana OSADCHA and former Deputy Director, NATO Liaison Office Mark OPGENORTH also presented their welcome speeches.

Manager of NATO-Ukraine Professional Development Programme Ove URUP-MADSEN, first Vice-Rector of National Academy of Internal Affairs Stanislav HUSARIEV and Head of the Expert Group on NATO Cooperation with the Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers Oleksiy GENCHEV summed up the module and thanked all present for their active participation.

On behalf of the Center for Adaptation of the Civil Service to the Standards of the European Union the Senior Consultant of SIGMA and CIB projects of the Projects Management Unit Yuliia Yerchenko attended the event.

100 Champions Programme is a training course consisting of distinct modules and it is implemented under the NATO–Ukraine Programme for Professional Development of Civilian Personnel in the Security and Defence Sector.

The course is aimed at professional development of civilian personnel of government authorities responsible for Euro-Atlantic integration, which involves gaining the knowledge and skills necessary for the successful preparation and implementation of Annual National Programmes and other strategic documents in the sphere of Euro-Atlantic integration.
