On June 22, 2010 Olena Cherniy, Head of the Twinning and SIGMA Instruments Coordination Unit of Center for Adaptation of teh Civil Service to the standards of the European Union hold a meeting with the framework experts and the Project manager from the Delegation of the European Union to Ukraine Svitlana Didkivska regarding Twinning Fiche preparation "Support the Implementation of the Norms and Standards of the EU in the Spheres of Airports, Aerodromes and Air Traffic Management /Air Navigation Services (ATM/ANS)". During the meeting participants discussed the general rules and requirements of the EC in the preparation of the Twinning Fiche, also everybody was provided with correspondent methodical materials.
