The first sitting of the Joint Committee at Senior Officials level on implementation of the EU-Ukraine Association Agenda

On January, 28, 2010 in premise of GOV Building the first sitting of the Joint Committee at Senior Officials level on implementation of the EU-Ukraine Association Agenda held.

The sitting was held under chairmanship of the Director of the Coordination Bureau of European and Euro-Atlantic Integration of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, the head of the Ukrainian part of the Joint Committee at Senior Officials level Vadym Triukhan.

Representatives from Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Economy , Secretary of Cabinet of Ministers and others executive bodies took part in the sitting.

The participants from the Main Department of Civil Service of Ukraine were the First Deputy Head Andriy Bega and Deputy Head Natalia Kyrychenko.

European part presented Director of Directorate for Eastern Europe, Southern Caucasus and Central Asia of External Relations Directorate General Gunnar Wiegand , the Head of the Delegation of the European Union to Ukraine Mr. Jose Manuel Pinto Teixeira, the Head of Operations of the Delegation of the European Union to Ukraine Laura Garagnani.

During the sitting it was discussed priorities on 2010 year, also Ukrainian Part informed about progress of implementation of the EU-Ukraine Association Agenda
