Under the chairmanship of the Tymofii Motrenko, the Head of the MDCSU the General Meeting of the Apparatus was held

On January, 30, 2010 under the chairmanship of Tymofii Motrenko, the Head of the MDCSU the General Meeting of the Head Office of the MDCSU, School of Senior Civil Service, Center for Adaptation of the Civil Service to the Standards of the EU was held.

Tymofii Motrenko thanked for the preparation the meeting with the officials of the subdivision of the MDCSU, School of Senior Civil Service, Center for Adaptation of the Civil Service to the Standards of the EU in his opening address.  The carrying out these meeting gave a possibility of fundamental understanding the posed on the MDCSU problems and with the purpose of the pretentious goal-setting for next 5 years, noticed Mr. Motrenko

He informed on the approved new structure of the MDCSU, that would have join into force from February, 1, 2010, in particular, the Administrative-Financial Department formation. 

 Andrii Vyshnevskyi, the Deputy Head of the MDCSU informed on the execution of the tasks and events of the Strategic Plan of the Activity of the MDCSU as a result of work in 2009 and main tasks for 2010. 

Ihor Yaremchuk, the Head of Administrative Department informed on the MDCSU budget accomplishment in 2009.

Tymofiy Motrenko covered in his concluding remarks the main internal and external tasks and priorities for 2010, in particular, the implementation the new anti-corruption legislature, the development of the normative and legislature support of the civil service, new anti-corruption legislature introduction, the transfer to the regional branches the MDCSU methods of the activity planning, informational support the community and carrying-out the communicative events, introduction the state of the art HRM methods in the civil service system, the institutional capacity development of the professional training of the civil servants, the international cooperation in the sphere of the civil service extension.

Mr. Motrenko accentuated on the improvement the Program for the Stability of the Staff, internal permanent study of the MDCSU staff and attraction the MDCSU regional branches to the strategic planning process and extension of regional branches role, as main executors of the Strategic Plan of the Activity of the MDCSU.
