More than 70 persons participated in the event, in particular: the representatives of the Main Department of the Civil Service of Ukraine, the Heads of Municipal bodies of the MDCS, foreign experts who are the partners in “Technical Support to Public Sector Reforms in Ukraine” Project implementation, representatives of the Ministries and Cabinet of the Ministers of Ukraine Secretariat, mass-media etc.

International Forum is dedicated to the main obstacles, opportunities and prospective of the administrative reform of Ukraine subject to financial crisis, optimization and improvement state management needs, approximation of the system of state and municipal services to the European standards especially on the local level/

During the forum it were presented and discussed presentations of the Deputy Head of the MDCSU Andriy Vyshnevsky, Head of the Administrative Reform Department Valentyna Afanasiyeva, Head of the Administrative Reform Department of Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Nataliya Goncharuk and others.
