On October 29-30, Director of the Center, Sergiy Kucheruk, participated in a two-day training seminar 'Human Resources Management and Prevention of Corruption: Introduction of Innovation Practices in Local Self-Government Bodies”.

The training was also attended by the First Deputy Head of the MDCSU Volodymyr Tkach, Deputy Head of the Kyiv City Council Sergiy Rudyk, Deputy Secretary Kyiv City Council Mykola Kolesnyk and the Deputy Head of the MDCSU Mykola Borsuk.

The following presentations were delivered during the seminar:

- Practical Component of the MDCSU’s Cooperation with Local Government bodies;

- Professional Training for Officials in Local Self-Government Bodies in the System of the Human Resources Management; - Advanced Training for Officials of Local Self-Government Bodies in Kyiv;

- Experience of Human Resources Management at the Secretariar of the Kyiv City Council;

- Increasing Professionalism in the Management of Local Self-Government Bodies;

- Methodological Support for Local Self-Government Bodies.
