The delegation included representatives of the Center for Adaptation of the Civil Service to the Standards of the European Union/ Twinning Programme Administration Office, Olesia Tsykaliuk and Viktor Kozlov, representatives of the Main Department of the Civil Service of Ukraine, and ministries and institutions of Ukraine.

During the study tour, delegation members examined all essential components of the process of preparation and implementation of Twinning projects, as well as opportunities and challenges for the above mentioned projects.

They were also presented the experience of civil servants/ Twinning project managers from candidate countries, potential candidate countries and countries participating in the European Neighborhood Policy.
