The meeting was attended by , the UK National Contact Point for Twinning & TAIEX,  Mr. Andy Thompson, Twinning Manager, International Relations & Capacity Building, Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs (HMRC), Mr. Chris Kirby, Head of the Structural Funds Implementation Section, Business Innovation and Skills (BIS),  Ms. Hannah Tucker, EU Funding Strategy Project Manager, Strategy & Partnerships Europe, International Crime, Serious Organised Crime Agency (SOCA), and Ms. Melanie Maxwell, Marketing Director, NICO.

The meeting’s purpose was to familiarize representatives of the United Kindgom with the application of institutional building instruments, Twinning and TAIEX, in Ukraine as well as with  organizational structure and  functioning of some executive government bodies in Ukraine.
