The lines and the problems in the sphere of Civil Service Reform in Ukraine, perspectives of distinguishing between administrative and political positions as well as realization of the Ukraine Civil Service Human Resources Management Reform Project were discussed during the Meeting. The realization of last one refers to the Memorandum of May, 26, 2008 signed between Ukrainian and Canadian governments.
