Pursuant to paragraph 6 of the Procedure for the preparation, approval, and implementation of the Plan for the Engagement of External Assistance from the European Commission under TAIEX, approved by Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 813 as of September 9, 2020, the National Agency of Ukraine on Civil Service has been collecting project proposals for the Plan for the Engagement of External Assistance from the European Commission under TAIEX for 2026 since September 15, 2025.
Please note that October 31, 2025, is the deadline for submitting project proposals. State authorities are kindly requested to ensure the timely submission of materials in accordance with the established procedures. The submitted proposals will form the basis for planning European Commission expert support activities for the next year and will contribute to Ukraine’s fulfillment of its obligations in the field of European integration.
For reference: TAIEX (Technical Assistance and Information Exchange) is an instrument of short-term technical assistance and information exchange provided by the European Commission to support institutional capacity building, the approximation and implementation of national legislation to the European Union acquis (acquis communautaire), and its effective application thereafter.
