On October 30, 2025, an awards ceremony was held for the winners of the All-Ukrainian Creative Works Competition for Youth.
The competition was launched by the National Agency of Ukraine on Civil Service (NAUCS) in collaboration with the Center for Adaptation of the Civil Service to the Standards of the European Union with the aim of creating conditions for the development of the creative potential of ambitious and motivated young people, promoting their self-fulfillment, actively involving them in management decision-making, and stimulating interest in public service.
The project launched on June 23, 2025, in seven categories:
“Equal Rights and Opportunities for Women and Men”;
“Political Education and Political Culture”;
“Rebuilding and Restoring the Education System Under Martial Law”;
“An Attractive Civil Service: How to Engage Young People?”;
“Rebuilding Ukraine on the Values of Human Rights”;
“Active Youth for a Strong Community”;
“Social Dialogue and Social Partnership.”
During the opening of the award ceremony, Head of the National Agency of Ukraine on Civil Service, Nataliia Aliushyna, emphasized the importance of engaging young people in public service: “I am inspired by the sincerity and readiness for change demonstrated by our youth. We are convinced that the active participation of young people is the driving force behind further meaningful transformations, thanks to which public service will become more effective and more responsive to the current needs of society.”
Partners of the Competition also joined in extending congratulations to the organisers and participants and announced the winners in the nominations, including:
Irena Protsiv, Programme Analyst on Legislation at UN Women;
Hanna Skryl, National Expert of the Swiss-Ukrainian project DECIDE;
Anzhela Yeremenko, Expert of the EU4PAR Project;
Kseniia Semorkina, Specialist in Government Relations and Human Rights Advocacy;
Yelyzaveta Zhukovska, Head of the Training Laboratory of the “U-LEAD with Europe” Programme;
Nataliia Sharapa, Deputy Chair of the Trade Union of Employees of State Institutions of Ukraine.
The winners were also congratulated by Iryna Vakhovych, Rector of Lutsk National Technical University; Vitalii Vyrvykhvost, Head of the Department of the State Educational Institution “ Kupiansk Regional Center for Vocational Education”; and Alla Bobko, Director of the Municipal Institution “Bandurivka Gymnasium” of the Haivoron City Council, Kirovohrad Region.
Representatives of these educational institutions took the most active part in the Competition.
