On September 30, 2026, the final training sessions under the professional development training program «Public Policy Analysis” took place at the High School of Public Governance.
The trainer for the final training day was Hanna Tretiachenko, First Deputy Director of the Center for Adaptation of the Civil Service to the EU Standards.
During the sessions, participants reviewed the main stages of public policy formulation, the principles of the evidence-based approach (evidence-based policy), and practical policy analysis instruments. Special attention was paid to the preparation of policy documents and policy proposals, as well as the use of
White and Green Papers.
Participants were also introduced to the experience of the European Union, the OECD, Estonia, Finland, France, and New Zealand in the fields of policy analysis and regulatory impact assessment.
