On September 10, 2025, a strategic session was held to identify priority measures for improving the quality management system at the NAUCS.
The main goal was to develop measures for the Action Plan to improve activities and identify the most priority ones for the NAUCS. This plan is a key result of the implementation of the quality management system based on the Common Assessment Framework (CAF) model.
During the session, participants worked through each of the nine self-assessment criteria in detail and prepared a number of proposals for identifying priority measures and opportunities for their implementation. The joint findings of the strategic session were also presented.
