The opening speech was made by the Head of the National Agency of Ukraine on Civil Service / Head of the Twinning Programme Administration Office Vyacheslav Tolkovanov and Head of Operations / Coordinator for Co-operation of the Delegation of the European Union to Ukraine Andrew Rasbash. It was emphasize on the extremely importance of institution building instruments in the context of preparation for the upcoming signing of the Association Agreement between Ukraine and the EU.

During the meeting new project proposals received from the state authorities were discussed. Following the meeting eight new project proposals were approved and added to the Pipeline of the Twinning.

Representatives of Administration of the President of Ukraine, Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine, European Union Delegation to Ukraine and National Agency of Ukraine on Civil Service took part in the meeting.
