The project was implemented together with the Sweden and Spain experts.

The purpose of this project was to develop a regulatory framework compliant with the Common Aviation Area (CAA) agreement and institutional development including capacity building of the Civil Aviation Regulator, and other relevant institutions to enable aviation activities to be carried out in accordance with the International Civil Aviation Organisation (ICAO) Standards and Recommended Practices (SARPs), Eurocontrol Regulations andapplicable and forthcoming Union Acquis.

During the conference the results and achievements of Twinning project implementation were highlighted.
