On June 14 - 17, 2016 implementation of the first module of the training programme “Human Resources Management on the Civil Service” was launched. The Heads of human resources management services from ministries, central executive authorities and other government bodies took part in training programme.

The training programme “Human Resources Management on the Civil Service“ was designed and implemented within the framework of  joint project of the Delegation of Hanns Seidel Foundation in Ukraine and the National Agency of Ukraine on Civil Service ”Capacity Building of the National Agency of Ukraine on Civil Service regarding Order and Development of Training Programmes for Civil Servants”.

The training programme is aimed at implementng the transformation instruments of the existing structural units on work with the personnel in government authorities to human resources management service according to the Law of Ukraine ”On Civil Service“ as of 10.12.2015 No 889-VIII.

During the first training programme participants will be provided with an opportunity to learn new approaches to personnel management in the context of the new civil service legislation, to exchange experience as well as discusse issues on implementation of the Law of Ukraine ”On Civil Service“  as of 10.12.2015 No 889-VIII.
