On July 24-25, 2017 with support from the German Society for International Cooperation  (GIZ), within the framework of the Reform Advisory Fund Project, beneficiary of which is the National Agency of Ukraine on Civil Service, a two-day training for employees of Personnel Management Services of ministries, central authorities and other state institutions in framework of the "HR Training Program" was held.

The training project is aimed at obtaining practical experience on implementation modern approaches to European principles and standards in the field of human resources management as well as strengthening administrative capacity to support civil service reform in Ukraine.

Sue Treharne, GIZ trainer through discussions and group exercises considered the meaning of definition "facilitation" thereby to effectively organize a discussion and solve complex challenges in a short term actively involving participants of process.
