The training on e-Governance and e-Democracy was held at the National Agency of Ukraine on Civil Service (NAUCS).
The training was organized by the NAUCS together with the State Agency for E-Governance in Ukraine, Center for Adaptation of the Civil Service to the Standards of the European Union and the Eastern Europe Foundation within the framework of implementing the Swiss-Ukrainian Programme "The Electronic Governance for Government Accountability and Community Participation” (EGAP) and realized in two stages: September 26-28 (Stage I), October 11-12 (Stage II), 2017.
The main purpose of training is to improve the knowledge and skills necessary for using the modern cloud and mobile technologies, in particular in the field of human resource management and personnel policy and also to use the current interaction electronic software, means for responding to information security threats at the legislative, administrative and procedural levels.
Representatives of central and local executive authorities dealing with human resource management and introduction of e-Government and e-Democracy technologies took part in the event.
The participants were awarded certificates after a completion of training.

The Electronic Governance for Government Accountability and Community Participation (EGAP) program is intended to apply modern information and communication technologies that will help improve the governance quality, improve interaction between the government and citizens, and promote social innovations in Ukraine.
