On October 31, 2017 the Head of the National Agency of Ukraine on Civil Service Kostiantyn Vashchenko in the Ukrainian delegation had a meeting with the members of the Cantabrian Regional Government.

President of the Autonomous Community of Cantabria Mr Miguel Ángel Revilla and Councilor of the Presidence and Justice Mr Rafael de la Sierra welcomed members of the Ukrainian delegation.

On the same day, a meeting with members of the Parliament Bureau and representatives of the President and Justice Commission of the Parliament of Cantabria took place at the Parliament of Cantabria.
