Head of the National Agency of Ukraine on Civil Service Kostiantyn Vashchenko is on a working visit to Strasbourg, the French Republic in order to participate in the 8th meeting of the European Committee on Democracy and Governance (CDDG).

The public administration reform in the context of the strengthening overall managerial and administrative capacity was discussed at the meeting of the Committee.

Kostiantyn Vashchenko in his speech presented the results of public administration reform in Ukraine in the context of decentralization and outlined the issue on reforming the professional training system of civil servants, local self-government officials and local council deputies.
