A meeting of Timothy Motrenko, Head of Main Department of the Civil Service of Ukraine, and Svetlana Vukovich, Human ResourcesManagement Authority Head, and other members of the delegation of Montenegro to Ukraine took place

On July 18, 2011, a meeting of Timothy Motrenko, Head of Main Department of the Civil Service of Ukraine, and Svetlana Vukovich, Human Resources Management Authority Head, and other members of the delegation of Montenegro to Ukraine took place.

The meeting was also attended by Olena Tertyshna and Oleksandr Shevchenko, Deputy Heads of Main Department of the Civil Service of Ukraine, Yuriy Pizhuk, Department for Personnel of State Bodies and Local Self-Government Authorities Director, Andriy Bega, First Deputy Director of Center  for  Adaptation  of  the  Civil Service to the Standards of the European Union, Olga Horunenko, Deputy Head of School of Senior Civil Service of Ukraine,  and other representatives of Main Department of the Civil Service of Ukraine.

During the meeting the Montenegrin guests learned about the activities of Main Department of the Civil Service of Ukraine and about the process of administrative reform in Ukraine, particularly regarding the adoption of the new Law of Ukraine "On Civil Service". The parties also discussed the areas of future cooperation.

 After the meeting the Agreement on cooperation in the sphere of civil service development and administrative reform between Main Department of the Civil Service of Ukraine and Human Resources Management Authority of Montenegro was signed.
 
 Referencial:
 From 16 to 21 July, 2011, at the invitation of Main Department of the Civil Service of Ukraine the delegation of Montenegro to Ukraine headed by Svetlana Vukovich, Human Resources Management Authority Head, will have a working visit to Ukraine.
 The main task of Human Resources Management Authority is an integrated human resource management that combines the functions of social policy and labour relations regulation in the civil service and in the state in general.
 The visit is aimed at the development of bilateral cooperation and exchange of views on the civil service and administrative reform, efficiency of public administration and civil service, public service proficiency. During the visit the delegation intends to familiarize with the system of civil servants’ trainings in Ukraine.
