Meeting of Co-ordination Group on Preparation of Institution Reform Plan in State Aid Monitoring and Control Area

On 30 June 2011 at the premises of the Delegation of the European Union to Ukraine a Meeting of Co-ordination Group on Preparation of Institution Reform Plan in State Aid Monitoring and Control Area took place. The meeting was aimed at finalisation of the draft Institution Reform Plan in state aid monitoring and control area within the framework of the Comprehensive Institution Building Programme and submitting this document for the Government of Ukraine’s consideration.

During the meeting the current state of the project preparation, and perspectives of Plan’s submission for the Government’ consideration were discussed.

Representatives of the Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, State Anti-Monopoly Committee, Ministry of Finance, Co-ordination Centre for Economic Reforms Implementation and Delegation of the European Union to Ukraine participated in the meeting.

Main Department of the Civil Service was represented by First Deputy Head Vyacheslav Tolkovanov who conducted the meeting, and representatives of the Centre for Adaptation of the Civil Service to the Standards of the European Union – sector manager on projects in administrative reform, SIGMA and CIB Serhii Trotsenko, sector manager on international co-operation Nadiia Kyzytska, and senior consultant on Twinning projects Iryna Luchynska.

The meeting showed a number of disagreements between key institutions in this sphere.
