Iryna Protchenko has taken part from the Main Department of Civil Service of Ukraine, director of the Center for Adaptation of the Civil Services to the Standards of the EU and Olesya Tsykalyuk, the Head of the Twinning Project Coordination Sector of the Center.
On the 1st of July, 2011 was the second session of the Working Group "Ukraine - EU: on the way to a political association" organized by the National Institute for Strategic Studies in cooperation with the Ukrainian Center for Independent Political Research in partnership with the Research Center of the Slovak Foreign Policy Association (Bratislava city) with support of Slovak agency for International Development (Slovak Aid) as part of the "National Conventof Ukraine on the EU."
