The First Steering Committee Meeting of the Twinning Project for the Ministry of Regional Development, Construction and Housing Communal Services of Ukraine

On June 23, 2011, the first Steering Committee meeting of the Twinning project “Strengthening the Institutional Capacity of the Ministry of Housing and Communal Services of Ukraine on Regulation of Water Services at Municipal Level” was held at the Ministry of Regional Development, Construction and Housing Communal Services of Ukraine premises.

During the meeting there were discussed the peculiarities of project implementation during the first reporting quarter, covering the period from March 3 to May 3, 2011, and plans for the second quarter of project implementation.

The meeting was also attended by Olha Romaniuk, Project Manager from Ukraine, Deputy Minister, Pierre Shantrel, Co-director of the Twinning project from the Republic of France, Denis Besozzi, Permanent Project Advisor,Anna Datsyuk, representative of the Ministry, Nadiia Kyzytska, Head of the International Cooperation Projects Sector of the Centre for Adaptation of the Civil Service to the Standards of the European Union and others.

Next meeting of the Steering Committee is scheduled for the 3^rd decade of September 2011.
