The main objective of this arrangement was summing up results of seventh reporting period of Twinning project and to discuss the remarks and comments on report.
The opening remarks was made by moderator of this arrangement and vice-president of NAPA – Maryna Bilinska.
Also with opening speech appealed to the audience first deputy head of the Main Department of Civil Service in Ukraine, Vyacheslav Tolkovanov. He highlighted importance of this project in the context of current reforms that started in our country, and thanked to all representatives for productive collaboration.
Olga Yukhnovska, Head of Department for Professional Training of Civil Servants and Local-Self Government Officials, representative of Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, Mykola Anikin, RTA of the project Hugues Fantou, RTA counterpart Olga Bosak, EUD representative Volodymyr Kondrachuk and others. From PAO Nadiia Kyzytska the Head of International project collaboration sector took part.
