Meeting of the Working Group on Implementation of Key Points of National Plan on Implementation of the EU-Ukraine Plan on Visa Liberalisation № 4 “Management of Migration, Rights Protection of Migrants”

On 9 June 2011 at the premises of State Migration Service а meeting of the Working Group on implementation of key points of National Plan on Implementation of the EU-Ukraine Plan on Visa Liberalisation № 4 “Management of Migration, Rights Protection of Migrants” took place.

The meeting was dedicated to co-ordination of activities on creation of national database for migration flows management.

Representatives of State Migration Service, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Education and Science, Youth and Sport, Administration of State Border Service, State Service for Personal Data Protection participated in the meeting.

Main Department of the Civil Service was represented by Sector Manager on projects in the sphere of administrative reform, SIGMA and CIB of the Centre for Adaptation of the Civil Service to the Standards of the European Union Serhii Trotsenko.

Draft Institution Reform Plan in migration field within the framework of the CIB Programme co-ordinated by Main Department of the Civil Service includes the task of creation of integrated database for all authorities involved, and creation of joint mechanism of migration flows monitoring. For these purposes CIB resources might be provided.
