The Third Seminar on Public Administration Reform in the Eastern Partnership countries

 On June 10, 2011, at the Diplomatic Academy of Ukraine there was held the third seminar on public administration reform in Eastern Partnership member states, which enlightened the topic of „Public Administration Reform in the Context of Negotiations Process in the Framework of Eastern Partnership“. The event was organised by the Estonian Center for Eastern Partnership in cooperation with Diplomatic Academy of Ukraine, Ministry of Foriegn Affairs of Estonia and Swedish International Cooperation Agency (SIDA).

The participant of the second day of the event represented the state authorities from Eastern Partnership countries and also the EU member states.

 The purpose of this day of the event is to discuss the necessary reforms in the framework of public administrations preparation to negotiate with the EU on specific sectors, current issues of negotiating on agreements completing to establish free trade zone with the EU in the Eastern Partnership countries and visa-free regime with the EU.
 Natalia Kyrychenko, Deputy Director of the Center for Adaptation of Civil Service to the Standards of the European Union, participated in the discussion in the framework of the event.
